1) ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Above all, to be allowed to enter, settle and stay on the campsite, you must have been authorized by the manager or his representative. Thereafter, the latter must ensure the proper maintenance and order of the campsite as well as compliance with the application of these rules of procedure.

The fact of staying on the LE CLAIRET campsite implies that you accept the provisions of these regulations. Therefore, this commits you to comply with it. No one can take up residence there.

Any violation may result in the expulsion of its author with recourse to the police if necessary.

2) POLICE FORMALITIES

First, minors must be accompanied by their parents or will only be admitted with written permission from them.
In application of article R. 611-35 of the code of entry and stay of foreigners and the right of asylum, the manager must have the client of foreign nationality complete and sign, upon arrival, an individual form.

More specifically, this form must mention:

1= Surname and first names.
2= ​​Date and place of birth.
3= Nationality.
4= Main place of residence.

Children under the age of 16 can be listed on either parent’s file.

3) INSTALLATION

In addition, outdoor accommodation and related equipment must be installed at the location indicated in accordance with the directives given by the manager or his representative.

5) DISPLAY

For information, these rules of procedure are displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. It is given to each customer who requests it.
Moreover, for classified campsites, the classification category with the mention tourism or leisure and the number of tourism or leisure pitches must be displayed.
The prices of the various services are communicated to customers under the conditions set by order of the Minister responsible for consumption and can be consulted at reception.

6) FEES AND TERMS OF DEPARTURE

As for the fees, you must pay them at the reception desk. Their amount is displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. They are due according to the number of nights spent in the field.

On the other hand, users of the campsite are invited to notify the reception office of their departure the day before, before 7 p.m.
Therefore, campers intending to leave before the opening time of the reception office must pay their fees the day before. Finally, in the event of an extended stay, payment is made weekly.

Ultimately, the campsite manager may require a deposit to ensure collection of the amounts due.
Day guests and visitors pay on arrival.

7) NOISE AND SILENCE

Not only are users of the campsite urged to avoid all noises and discussions which could disturb their neighbours. But they also undertake to adjust the sound equipment accordingly. This is why the closing of doors and trunks must be as discreet as possible.
This with the aim that silence is required between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Also, dogs and other animals should never be left loose. Under no circumstances should they be left at the campsite, even locked up, in the absence of their masters who are legally responsible for them. Also, they are prohibited from swimming in the body of water.

8) VISITORS

In this regard, after having been authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors can be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them.

If visitors are allowed to enter the campsite, the camper who receives them may be required to pay a fee, insofar as the visitor has access to the services and facilities of the campsite. This fee is displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk.

In addition, visitors’ cars are prohibited in the campsite, unless expressly requested and authorized.

9) TRAFFIC AND PARKING OF VEHICLES

Remember that inside the campsite, vehicles must drive at a speed limit of 10 km/h. It is about the respect of everyone, and of all users.
This is why traffic is prohibited between 0:00 and 6:00.

Only vehicles that belong to the campers staying there can circulate in the campsite. In addition, parking must be done on the rented site, only one vehicle authorized per site, and must not hinder traffic.
Finally, it is strictly forbidden to park your vehicle on a location other than your own, so as not to hinder or prevent the installation of newcomers as well as security.

10) DRESS AND APPEARANCE OF FACILITIES

Everyone must refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, including sanitary facilities.
Therefore, it is forbidden to throw waste water on the ground or in the gutters. Therefore, “campers” must empty their waste water in the facilities provided for this purpose.

All the more reason why water points are not cesspools and should only be used to supply drinking water; the washing of dishes, vegetables and the disposal of waste water is prohibited there, except for indicated terminals.

On the one hand, household waste, waste of all kinds, papers must be placed in the trash cans. On the other side, the glass must be deposited in the “special glass” containers located at the exit of the campsite. Thus selective sorting containers are at your disposal in front of the large toilet block of the campsite.

Then you should not wash the dishes outside the bins provided for this purpose. The same is true for washing clothes.

In addition, hanging linen near the accommodation is authorized, provided that it is discreet and does not disturb the neighbours. It should never be made from trees.
Also, each customer must respect the plantings and floral decorations. Obviously, it is forbidden to plant nails in the trees, to cut branches, to make plantations except if the manager gives his agreement exceptionally.

Finally, it is also not allowed to delimit the location of an installation by personal means, nor to dig the ground.

Logically, any degradation committed with the vegetation, the fences, the ground or the installations of the campground will be the responsibility of its author.

This is why the site which is used during the stay must be maintained in the state in which the camper found it when entering the premises.

Parents are asked to accompany young children to the toilets.

11) SECURITY

a) FIRE:

First of all, it is strictly forbidden to make open fires with wood, coal or other flammable products.
Stoves must be kept in good working order. They should not be used in hazardous conditions.

Second, in the event of a fire, notify management immediately.
If ever, there are fire extinguishers placed in the sanitary facilities which can be used if necessary. Also, a first aid kit is located at the reception desk.

b) THEFT:

Of course, the management is responsible for the objects deposited in the office and has a general obligation to monitor the campsite.
The camper retains responsibility for his own installation and must report to the person in charge the presence in the camp of any suspicious person.
Although security is provided, users of the campsite are invited to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment.

c) RISKS:

Campers must take out insurance to cover any risks they may suffer or cause.
Thus, the Manager is not responsible for any damage or theft of which users may be victims. In addition, accidents and events of a special nature must be reported immediately to management.

12) GAMES

First of all, no violent or disturbing games can be organized near the facilities.
This is why children must always be under the supervision of their parents, including in the sanitary facilities.
Naturally, water games whose water comes from the campsite facilities are prohibited. Indeed, the water in the body of water is free, natural, and flows at will. Finally, it is useless to waste drinking and paying water.

13) DEAD GARAGE

Firstly, it can only be left unoccupied equipment on the ground after agreement of the management and only at the location indicated. In addition, this service may be chargeable.

Thus, a fee, the amount of which will only be calculated on an estimate, will be due for the “dead garage” (from October to March). Also, this concept of “dead garage” does not concern residents who have an annual contract.

14) DISPLAY

Due to the fact that these rules of procedure are displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk, they are given to the customer at his request.

15) BREACH OF INTERNAL RULES

In the event that a resident disturbs the stay of other users or does not comply with the provisions of these rules of procedure, the manager or his representative may orally or in writing, if he deems it necessary, give notice to the latter to cease the troubles.
Moreover, in the event of a serious or repeated violation of the internal regulations and after formal notice by the manager to comply with them, the latter may terminate the contract.

Finally, in the event of a criminal offence, the manager can call on the police.

16) RADIOS

You should know that the use of radios, TV sets or other musical devices is tolerated in moderation.

17) ELECTRICITY

Then, the sink sockets are reserved for the exclusive use of razors or hair dryers.
Indeed, connection to the terminals of the campsite can only be done with the authorization of the manager or his representative and is subject to a fee, the amount of which is displayed at the office.

18) ACCESS TO THE CAMPSITE

In this regard, you should know that access to the campsite is forbidden to basket makers, fairgrounds, etc. Indeed, the campsite is not equipped to accommodate any type of vehicle.
Also, young people under the age of 16, unaccompanied, must produce a written authorization from their parents or guardians.

19) SUBLETTING

Finally, the tenant cannot sublet or assign all or part of his pitch or his rental.

20) DISMISSAL

Finally, the owner of the campsite has the right to immediately dismiss from the campsite any person who behaves in an improper manner or contravenes these regulations.
